Energy Drinks are Soooooo Last Season

Right now it's all about relaxation drinks...

These beverages contain ingredients such as valerian root and melatonin, but are not regulated by the FDA. Valerian root has long been used to relieve insomnia and nervous tension, but research regarding its efficacy is ambiguous.  Strangely, valerian has the opposite effects on cats and stimulates them much like catnip!  Melatonin is prescribed for jetlag, but can interact with other hormones in your body. 

Mr. FD drinks sleepy-time tea that contains valerian root and chamomile, but I usually need no help falling asleep.  The only time I have issues sleeping is after waking up from an all too realistic zombie dream...
