I think there are bigger culprits in childhood obesity than chocolate milk, and I would be interested in gathering the nutrition information for the plain milk and the chocolate milk.  Is there a large caloric difference?  Does the chocolate milk contain corn sugar?  Is the hope that children will become accustomed to plain milk, and this will translate into less excitement over sweets in general?

Hmmmm...  Personally, I never thought the school chocolate milk tasted as good as the kind my Granny made for me!
