DI orientation week has come and gone, and I am still in one piece. It is somewhat strange to have to actually wear nice clothes, instead of my usual uniform of jeans and a sweatshirt. My first real rotation is clinical, and I will be on a floor that sees a lot of post-gastrectomy patients and numerous pressure sores. I am nervous, but excited... and my preceptor appears to be extremely kind and patient.
In other news, I have become utterly obsessed with robot unicorn attack (and I just got over my angry birds obsession). Am I the only one with this problem?
Stay warm!
