I love the colors of the leaves, the crispness of the air, harvesting, and the distinct smell that autumn brings with it. Of course there is also football, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and pumpkin flavored everything!In honor of the autumn equinox here are some of the fruits and vegetables that are in season (it's a lot more than apples and pumpkins!):
