I have made it another week in the internship, and I am exhausted. I have been in food service for the past few weeks and have been busting my... well, you know. The food service rotation involves several projects, the largest of which is Theme Day. My partner and I create a themed menu, cook, decorate, and serve the menu in the hospital cafeteria and then analyze our success (or lack thereof).
Our theme day is tomorrow, so I am sure you can guess our theme... Any guesses???
